What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties of New Jersey.
If you happen to be right outside of our delivery area,
please contact us to check delivery availabilty. A minimal
delivery fee may apply.
When do you deliver?
We deliver seven days a week (same as mommies!).
Does someone have to be at the house
when you deliver and pick up?
No. We will take care of everything. The only time we may need assistance is
if the delivery is in a gated community. In this case, we may need a gate code
or someone to call the gate to let them know we are coming.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required. However, with a reservation
and payment, you are guaranteed a stork when your baby arrives.
When should I order?
The sooner the better! We will do our best to accommodate
you for your last minute requests. The sooner you call us,
the better chance we have of getting your sign displayed
in time.
I want to order a stork for my friend
that is due any day now. Can I order it before the baby comes?
Absolutely! With a reservation and payment, you are guaranteed a stork when your
friend's baby arrives. As soon as mommy delivers, contact us with all the baby's
info so we can get the sign displayed to welcome home baby.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal, cash, or
check. Payment must be received before the sign is delivered. Returned checks
will be subject to a $25 fee.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! Our beautifully designed gift certificates are a great
gift idea for anyone that is expecting. Think
shower gift!
What if I want to move the sign?
If you wish to move the location of the sign, please let us know and
we will do it for you. A delivery fee may apply for each time we come out to
move your sign. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property
that occurs if you try to move our sign.
Can I mow and water my lawn?
Yes, but we ask you to please refrain from mowing or trimming
right near our sign as it may cause damage. Watering is fine.
What if the sign becomes damaged?
If you notice any kind of damage to our sign, please let us
know right away. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if our sign is intentionally
damaged.
What is your refund policy?
You will receive a full refund of rental fees if cancelled
within 48 hours in advance. If extreme weather
prevents us from delivering your sign, we will attempt to
redeliver within the next 1-2 days. If we are unable to deliver
the sign, we will issue a refund. We're sorry but a refund
will not be given if the homeowner declines the display.
